FAQ


CLAIMING 

Claiming can be done via website, live sale, or wall drop. During live sales I will call who I see first on my screen. Please do not pass on live sale items. It gets confusing for us to manage and keep track of.  If you claim an item marked as "pre-order" please expect a 1-2 week turn around for it to be shipped to me then to you. If you have any questions about your claim please email shopwithpandaden@gmail.com. Please allow 1-2 days for a response. 

INVOICING

Please make sure you are registered with your FACEBOOK name exactly! Invoices will be sent right after the live sale or by the end of the day. Please expect to pay immediately. There will be a 12 hour window before your item goes back into inventory. This isn't fair to those who are wanting to claim that item during the sale.  Sales tax will be applied to your invoice per VA tax laws.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns will be accepted in exact condition as received. Please email shopwithpandaden@gmail.com before sending the return. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges are the customers responsibility. Returns must be sent back 3 days after delivery date. If an item in the size you need is in stock, an exchange will be granted, but shipping will be covered by customer. Hats, leggings, undergarments, etc will not be eligible for returns. SALE items are all FINAL sale. Any refunds/credits will expire 1 month after granted. The Panda Den has the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the return standards. 

SHIPPING 

Shipping will be $5 for 1 item. This will ship first class mail and take 2-3 days. Shipping will be $8 for 2 or more items. They will ship priority and take 1-2 days.
